PRODUCT PACKAGING

Please note that all products, unless otherwise noted, ship in RESEALABLE PLASTIC BULK BAGS. Our product is carefully packaged and shipped via UPS or USPS depending on the address.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS AND METHODS

We ship to the United States, Canada and Mexico. International customs hassles make it too costly for us to ship to the rest of the world. We ship UPS to anywhere in the continental United States and ship USPS only to Mexico, Canada, Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii and all P.O., APO, or FPO addresses.

GIFT ORDERS

When ordering a gift to be shipped to an address different from the billing address, you must include your name or the name of the giver in the gift message, even when the recipient is expecting the package. We cannot always look up the sender information, and people are suspicious of boxes of powder from anonymous senders.

SHIPPING PRICES

We try to make our shipping prices affordable to our customers by basing our prices directly off of product weights and geographical distance. Our integrated system then checks with both UPS and USPS to get a real-time shipping quote. We add a small handling fee in order to cover the cost of packaging and labor. In order to figure out what shipping a given order will cost, please put the items in your cart and click checkout. Before you confirm the order, you will be provided with the exact cost to ship your order to you via our various shipping methods (UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air, USPS, etc).

SHIPPING ONE ITEM

Our revised shipping system accommodates both UPS and USPS shipping options. While it is still more proportionally expensive to ship one or two items, small orders shipped via the Post Office are now available at lower rates. Bear in mind that the Post Office has rates by weight AND by volume, so orders containing only bagged spices, which fit into small flat-rate boxes, may be significantly cheaper than orders for jars of spices.

UPS shipping is very expensive (per product) when you only order one item. That is because you are paying the package fee for UPS no matter what you order, plus the handling fee. The price goes up only a little bit at a time, however, as the package increases in size and weight. That means that a 1 pound package, containing only 1 or 2 items, will be only slightly cheaper to ship than a 10 pound package containing many items.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

UPS does NOT pick up on the weekend, therefore, all weekend (Friday afternoon through Sunday) orders REGARDLESS of shipping type will be processed on Monday. The Post Office is open on Saturday mornings, so we will attempt to get USPS orders placed Friday night shipped out on Saturday.

**Please note for 2nd Day or Next Day Air UPS packages, we must receive your order by noon (CST) for it to ship out the day you have ordered it. So,if you order after noon, the shipping day will be the following day. NEXT day orders will be delivered the next BUSINESS day after your order ships out. Please note, Saturday or Sunday are not considered business days. Similarly, TWO DAY AIR will arrive two BUSINESS days after your order ships out. For example, if you order a 2nd Day Air delivery at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, it will be shipped out via 2nd Day Air on Thursday. Which means, it will arrive on Monday. PICK-UP ORDERS

If you would like to pick your order up in one of our shops rather than have it shipped to you, click on the red Select in store pickup link located below the Update your delivery information section. You will see a listing of our store locations to choose for your pick up. Please allow 24 - 48 hours for us to fill your order. You will receive an email when your order is ready. If you are coming to a store where this is difficulty in parking, feel free to call us when you arrive and we can run the order out to you. It is our goal for our customers to be 100% happy with their spice purchases. This is why we strive to carry only the very highest quality of spices, herbs and seasonings. If you feel a product is not up to snuff, we will gladly refund your money. Our products are considered food products, and as such are not exchangeable. Non food products such as books and pepper mills are returnable for up to 60 days. We will instruct you as to what you should do if you simply contact us at info@sprinkleon.com Any mistakes on our part will be addressed within 24 hours, and of course we will ship you the correct item asap. We really want our customers to be completely satisfied and we take great care in making sure this happens.
